In 2008 the "Taurilio", a Bordeaux blend composed of 60% merlot and 40% cabernet franc was born. The grapes are grown in dense plants with a limited yield per hectare, which does not exceed one kilo of grapes per plant. After vinification, the wine is aged for about a year in new and first passage French barriques. After a further year of bottle aging, the "Taurilio" is ready to be released on the market.
